I faced some issues. The air conditioner control panel was broken, and when I mentioned it, the response was not very helpful. The bed felt uncomfortably hard, made sleep a bit challenging. The view from my room was also disappointing, directly overlooking a roof where a bar played loud music until late. Despite these problems, the charming receptionist who assisted me later was kind and offered helpful local tips.
